Hi Guys,
I have been so impressed this year with the support for fundraising events. Attending myself the "It's a Knockout" which Lucy masterminded, the Swansea 10k run and the Wharton Park Golf Day. It would be really good to see how the fundraising is going and demonstrate to all of Emily's friends and relatives how important it is to keep the momentum going if the aims of the Foundation are to be achieved.

It would also be useful to see a proposed financial plan outlining key areas of priority investment, timescales and progress to date to achieve those aspirations.

I am now in the process of gaining sponsorship for the bike ride from John O Groats to Lands End in april 2009. For me personally this 1000 mile trip will be a physical challenge and I am intent on raising as much financial support as I can for the EJ Foundation. I hope there are people who read the Forum, who will "spread the word". I am hoping to do the ride over a 3 week period, accompanied by my other sister, Louise. We would be delighted if anyone wished to join us along the way, either to cheer us on or better still ride part of the route with us. We have an ambitious target of £100,000, please support us in anyway you feel able. Over the next few months we will keep you updated on progress.
